What is Puzzle?

Puzzle consists of an anodized black aluminum front panel with a capacitive touchscreen, available in various sizes.
At the back, you’ll find the mainboard — the brain of the entire system.

The mainboard connects to the Puzzle I/O blocks, which receive information from the external environment. Through these modules, Puzzle can communicate with any type of actuator available on the industrial market, ensuring seamless integration with your specific application.

How Puzzle works

1. Select the screen size

The first step in designing your Puzzle system is choosing the right screen size.
Available sizes: 5, 7, 8, 10, or 15 inches.

2. Determine the number of I/Os

Always start with a Master I/O board. The configuration is set using plug-in cards. In addition, you can use slave modules, which come standard with 8 DI and 8 DO. For additional functionality, triac and relay modules are also available.

3. Expanding I/O

Need more I/Os? Simply attach a V0, S4000, or µ200 behind the Master I/O board and build your own network.

4. Custom I/O solutions

Do you require a special I/O module for a specific series of devices or machines? Contact us — we may be able to develop a custom module. This is particularly relevant for orders starting from 100 units via a call-off order.
